This Bluetooth Adapter and Wireless PTT is designed for use with Motorola APX series radios and is compatible with the majority of wireless earbuds, headsets and other Bluetooth audio accessories. The pairing process is quick and easy, and once connected, the wireless headset will remain paired even when the radio is powered off or the adapter is removed.

No charging required. Allows you to activate the push-to-talk function wirelessly. Operates for up to 2 years on a single, easy to change CR2032 coin cell battery. Battery-life depends on usage.
Hearing Aid Compatibility: The adapter works with hearing aids that support the Bluetooth HSP (headset) profile. It will not work with "streamer" style hearings aids that use the A2DP (streaming audio) profile. You should contact your hearing aid manufacturer to find out which profiles are supported by your device. NOTE: Some streamer hearing aids offer an optional Phone Clip addon which will allow them to work with HSP devices. Your audiologist can tell you if such a device is available for your hearing aid.
